微波辅助萃取法提取玄参中哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷的工艺研究

Optimization of Microwave-assisted Extraction of Harpagide and Harpagoside from Radix Scrophulariae

摘要: 本文研究微波辅助萃取法提取玄参中哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷的最佳工艺条件,应用微波辅助萃取法提取玄参中的哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷,采用高效液相色谱法测定哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷的含量。结果表明微波辅助萃取法提取玄参中哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷的最佳工艺参数:纯水作提取剂、料液比为1:20、微波温度为50 ℃、微波时间为30 min、微波功率为600 W。在此最佳工艺条件下玄参中哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷的总提取率为1.1172%。

Abstract: This paper was aimed to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process of harpagide and harpagoside from Radix Scrophulariae.The content of harpagide and harpagoside in the extract was determinated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were:using water as extraction solvent,with solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 (g/mL),microwave temperature of 50 ℃,microwave time of 30 min and microwave power of 600 W.Under the optimal conditions,the total extraction yield of harpagide and harpagoside was 1.1172%.
