柠檬渣吸附磷的研究

Absorption of Phosphorus by Lemon Residues

摘要: 为了研究柠檬渣对磷的吸附,利用H2SO4和CaCl2溶液对柠檬渣进行了改性,并采用L16(45)正交实验进行了优化。测试了吸附剂的比表面积、孔容与孔径等性能,并利用电镜和能谱(SEM/EDS)对吸附剂进行了表征。实验结果表明吸附影响因素的最优组合为CaCl2溶液的质量浓度为20%、溶液pH值为8.5、吸附时间为120 min和吸附温度为25 ℃,在此最优条件下柠檬渣吸附磷的吸附率可达到93.6%,因素的主次关系依次为CaCl2质量浓度>吸附时间>吸附温度>pH值,且CaCl2溶液的质量浓度具有显著性。柠檬渣经改性后比表面积增加了近4倍,孔容、孔径和碘吸附值变化不大,灰分率减少了近70%;吸附后柠檬渣中含有P元素,但形成的峰都不高。

Abstract: To study the adsorption of phosphorus by lemon residues,the lemon residues was modified by H2SO4 and CaCl2 solution,and the L16(45) orthogonal design was used to optimize the modification conditions.The specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of the adsorbent were tested.The adsorbent were characterized by SEM/EDS.The result showed that the optimal combination of modification conditions was CaCl2 mass concentration of 20%,pH 8.5,adsorption time of 120 min and adsorption temperature of 25 ℃.Under these conditions,the absorption rate of phosphorus reached 93.6%.The significance of influencing factors was in the sequence of CaCl2 mass concentration,adsorption time,adsorption temperature,pH.Tthe influence of CaCl2 mass concentration was significant.After modification,the specific surface area increased by nearly 4 times,but the change of pore volume,pore size and iodine adsorption were little,and the ash rate reduced by nearly 70%.After adsorption,the elements of P were detected in the lemon residue,but its peak was not high.
