经典恒温法预测红花的有效期

Study on Stability of Flos Carthami by Classical Constant Temperature Method

摘要: 通过经典恒温法进行加速试验,采用HPLC测定羟基红花黄色素A在各红花样品中的含量,根据Arrhenius指数定律推测出红花中羟基红花黄色素A含量变化规律,研究不同温度时间下红花中羟基红花黄色素A的稳定性,并预测红花在阴凉条件(20 ℃)下的有效期为1.20年。说明红花在高温条件下稳定性差,因此需在阴凉条件下贮存。

Abstract: To study the content variation of hydroxy safflor yellow A in Flos Carthami with temperature and time,and to predict the stable life of Flos Carthami under 20 ℃.The content of hydroxy safflor yellow A in Flos Carthami after accelerated by classical constant temperature method was determined by HPLC.The content variation of hydroxy safflor yellow A and the stable life of Flos Carthami under 20 ℃ were determined by Arrhenius theory.The stable life of Flos Carthami under 20 ℃ was determined to be 1.20 years using the content of hydroxy safflor yellow A as index.The thermostability of Flos carthami was relatively poor at high temperature,hence Flos carthami should be kept in the shade environment.
