不同杀青方式对栀子有效成分及体外抗氧化活性的影响

摘要: 为明确栀子的最佳杀青方法和时间,本研究设置不同杀青方式处理样品,采用HPLC、DPPH、FRAP、OH-法评价其对栀子药材质量及体外抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:不同的杀青方式对栀子药材质量及体外抗氧化活性有不同程度的影响。以沸水煮杀青 9 min栀子苷和绿原酸含量最高,热风105 ℃杀青 12 min 西红花苷含量最高;蒸汽蒸 15 min 对DPPH清除能力显著强于其他处理,沸水煮 9 min对Fe3+的还原能力和羟自由基的清除能力显著高于其他处理。综合考虑药材质量、抗氧化活性,栀子杀青以沸水煮9 min 为宜,本研究为栀子初加工过程中的质量控制提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: In order to determine the best fixation method and time for gardenia,we set up different ways to fix the samples and evaluated the effects of HPLC,DPPH,FRAP and OH-method on the quality and the antioxidant activity of Gardenia jasminoides.The results showed that:The effect of different methods of fixing on the quality of Gardenia and the antioxidant activity in vitro is different.The content of geniposide and chlorogenic acid were the highest in FZ-9,the content of crocin was the highest in RF-12,and the DPPH scavenging ability in Z-15 was significantly stronger than other treatments,FZ-9 on the reduction ability of Fe3 + and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity was significantly higher than other treatments.Taking into account the content,antioxidant activity,resource utilization,the appropriate methods was FZ-9.It will provide a theoretical basis for establishing a standardized initial processing method for Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.
