巴戟天寡糖提纯工艺及药理作用研究进展

The research of Morinda officinalis How's ligosaccharide extraction,purification and pharmacological effects

摘要: 现代研究巴戟天寡糖具有抗抑郁、神经保护等功效,且毒副作用较小,然而其在提纯与检测技术上存在一定难度,是现代研究领域的困扰之一。本文通过检索中国知网、百度学术、万方、维普、PubMed、Science等数据库,归纳整理近年来国内外与巴戟天寡糖相关文献,论述其提纯、成分检测方法以及临床药理作用,为深入探讨巴戟天发挥药效机制、进一步开发巴戟天新药提供科学依据,尽可能提高巴戟天的利用价值。

Abstract: Morinda officinalis ow’s Oligosaccharide had the functions of anti-depressant,neuroprotection and so on,but it had some difficulty in purification and detection technology,which was one of the puzzles in modern research field.The author summarized the relevant literatures with oligosaccharides at home and abroad,and discussed their separation,detection methods and clinical pharmacology in recent years,by searching China Knowledge Network,Baidu Academic,Wanfang,Weipu,pubMed,Science and other databases.In order to further explore the mechanism of Morinda officinalis and further develop Morinda officinalis,this study provided a scientific basis to maximize the use of Morinda officinalis value.
