翻白草的化学成分研究

摘要:

利用快速溶剂萃取、聚酰胺柱层析、减压硅胶柱层析、常压硅胶柱层析等分离纯化技术,结合质谱引导的pHPLC分离技术,从干燥翻白草Potentilla discolor Bge.全草中分离得到化合物1~6,利用MS、1H MR、13C NMR、2D NMR等光谱分析方法确定结构,分别鉴定为kaempferol-3-O-(6′′-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、芹菜素(2)、山楂酸(3)、3′-甲氧基鞣花-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、β-胡萝卜苷(5)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(6)。其中,化合物4是首次从翻白草中分离得到。

Abstract:

Dried powder of whole herbal of Potentilla discolor Bge.was isolated and purified in this work.Accelerate solvent extraction,polyamide column chromatography,vacuum silica gel column chromatography and atmospheric pressure silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry technology were utilized.The chemical structure of the separated compounds were identified by MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,2D NMR and some other spectral analysis methods.Six compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-(6′′-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),apigenin (2),maslinic acid (3),3′-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4),β-daucosterol (5),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronoside (6).Among them,compound 4 was isolated from P. discolor for the first time.
