清明花叶和枝脂溶性成分的GCMS分析

摘要: 用无水乙醚分别萃取清明花叶和枝的脂溶性成分,运用气相色谱质谱联用技术(GCMS)对其脂溶性成分进行分析和鉴定,并用面积归一法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果从清明花的叶中鉴定出23种脂溶性成分,占检出量的89.396%,含量较高的成分依次为角鲨烯(17.674%)、羽扇豆醇(11.826%)、新植二烯(10351%)、三十二烷(8.348%)、环木菠萝烯醇(7.685%);从清明花的枝中鉴定出27种脂溶性成分,占检出量的90.611%,含量较高的成分依次为羽扇豆醇(37.702%)、环木菠萝烯醇(10.583%)、环桉烯醇(6.486%)、穿贝海绵甾醇(4.847%)、麦角甾14甲基8,24(28)二烯3β醇(4.156%)。

Abstract: The fatsoluble components were extracted by diethyl ether anhydrous and identified by GCMS and to determine the relative percentage with area normalization.Twentythree components were identified,which were composed of 89.396% of the total detected constituents from the Beaumontia grandiflora leaves.The major constituents were identified as Squalene(17.674%),Lupeol(11.826%),Neophytadiene(10.351%),Dotriacontane(8.348%),Cycloartenol(7.685%).Twentysevent components were identified,which were composed of 90.611% of the total detected constituents from the Beaumontia grandiflora branches.The major constituents were identified as Lupeol(37.702%),Cycloartenol(10.583%),Cycloeucalenol(6.486%),Clionasterol(4.847%),Ergosta8,24(28)dien3ol14methyl(4156%).
