响应面法优化银杏内酯提取工艺的研究

摘要: 本文通过响应面法优选从银杏叶中提取银杏内酯的工艺条件。根据银杏内酯提取率,采用单因素方法选取提取次数、提取时间(h)、乙醇的浓度(%)和固液比(g/mL)四种因素的水平。根据BoxBehnken的中心组合实验设计原理,利用DesignExpert软件对数据进行回归分析,得到最佳的提取条件。银杏内酯提取工艺的优化条件为:提取次数为3次,提取时间2 h,乙醇浓度44%,固液比0.04 g/mL,在此工艺条件下,银杏内酯的提取率为0.46%。经过响应面法优化银杏内酯提取条件,更好的指导实际生产,降低生产成本,减少能源浪费,使提取效率提高。

Abstract: The extraction conditions for ginkgolide from Ginkgo biloba leaves were optimized by response surface methodology.Extraction rate of Ginkgo Lactone as evaluation index,according to experiment of single factors,choose the levels.According to the BoxBehnken design experiment,the ExpertDesign software was used to analyze the data and get the best extraction conditions.Result showed that the optimal extraction conditions:extraction 3 times,time 2 hours,ethanol 44%,solidliquid ratio 0.04 g/mL,under these conditions,lactones of Ginkgo biloba extraction rate was 0.46%.Optimization of extraction conditions of Ginkgo biloba by response surface method,provide the guidance to actual production,reduce production costs and energy waste,the extraction efficiency is improved.
