麻花艽不同部位抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant Activities of Different Tissues of Gentiana straminea Maxim

摘要: 本文分别采用DPPH法和铜离子还原能力法(CUPRAC)测定麻花艽花、茎叶和根的抗氧化活性,并比较其不同部位的抗氧化活性。抗氧化活性分析结果表明麻花艽花、茎叶、根的DPPH自由基清除能力均低于没食子酸,其清除DPPH自由基的半数有效量(IC50)分别为260、341.3和2920.6 μg/mL;麻花艽花、茎叶和根的Cu2+的还原能力Trolox当量(TEAC值)分别为0.127、0.108和0.019 μg/mL。结果表明,麻花艽花、茎叶和根均具有抗氧化活性,其抗氧化能力的强弱顺序为花>茎叶>根。

Abstract: In this study,DPPH and CUPRAC were used to determine the antioxidant activities of flower,cauline leaf and root of Gentiana straminea Maxim.In addition,the antioxidant activities of different organs were compared.The antioxidant activity analysis results indicated that the DPPH radical scavenging activities of flower,cauline leaf and root were lower than that of gallic acid.The IC50 values of leaves,branch and fruit were 260,341.3 and 2920.6 μg/mL,respectively.TEAC values of CUPRAC of flower,cauline leaf and root were 0.127,0.108 and 0.019μg/mL,respectively.The flower,cauline leaf with root of G.straminea had some antioxidant activity.The antioxidant activities of different organs decreased in the order of flower>cauline leaf>root.
