摘要: 超高效液相色谱与四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)联用,将超高效液相色谱的高效分离能力和高灵敏度的特性与四级杆飞行时间质谱的高分辨特性有机结合起来,在药物分析领域得到越来越广泛的应用。本文对近年来UPLC/Q-TOF-MS 在天然药物成分分析、药效成分代谢动力学研究、中药指纹图谱建立、目标成分快速发现和表征等领域中的应用进行了概述,并指出其在药物分析领域中的优势和未来的发展方向。

Abstract: Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF-MS) combined UPLC and Q/TOF-MS organically.Due to the high separation ability and the high sensitivity of UPLC,the high resolution of Q/TOF-MS,UPLC/Q-TOF-MS was more and more extensive application in pharmaceutical analysis.This paper reviewed the applicability of UPLC/Q-TOF-MS in analyze the components of natural product,studies on pharmacokinetics,establishes TCM fingerprint and rapid identification of target components in recent years.We finally point out the advantages and perspectives of UPLC/Q-TOF-MS in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.
