基于AHP-CRITIC结合Box-Behnken响应面法的佛手丝趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺研究

摘要:

基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-CRITIC法(criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation)结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选佛手丝最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺。以综合评分值为评价指标,采用单因素实验筛选出4个影响因素的中心点。在单因素实验的基础上,以橙皮苷、香叶木苷、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物五项指标成分含量的综合评分值为评价指标,进行响应面法设计,优化得到最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺。基于以上结果,对得到的最佳工艺进行3批样品的验证,同时在外观性状和指标成分含量两个方面对比最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺和传统工艺。最终得到的最佳佛手丝趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺为:切片厚度4 mm,干燥至水分含量为70%,取出切5 mm宽度的丝,于57 ℃干燥至恒重。实验结果表明得到的最佳佛手丝趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺稳定、可行,较传统加工饮片相比,该工艺得到的佛手丝饮片外观性状及指标成分的含量均较优,可为佛手丝饮片生产提供可行性建议。

Abstract:

This study aims to optimize the integration of fresh processing and processing of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus (CSF) silk by analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC) combined with the Box-Behnken response surface method.Considering the comprehensive score as the evaluation indicator,the center points of four influencing factors were selected after conducting the single factor experiment.Based on the single factor experiment,the response surface method was designed to optimize the best integration of fresh processing and processing by taking the comprehensive score of the hesperidin,diosmin,5,7-dimethoxycoumarin,water-soluble extract,and alcohol-soluble extract.Based on the above results,three batches of samples were used to validate the optimal process.At the same time,the best integration of fresh processing and processing of CSF silk was compared with the traditional process in terms of the appearance and content of the index components.The best integration of fresh processing and processing of CSF silk was finally obtained as follows:slice thickness of 4 mm,dried until the moisture content was 70%,then removed and cut 5 mm wide silk,and dried at 57 ℃ until the constant weight.The experimental results showed that the best integration of fresh processing and processing of CSF silk was stable and feasible,and compared with the traditional processing,the appearance and the contents of the index components obtained by this process were better,which can provide feasible suggestions for the production of CSF silk decoction pieces.
