北极真菌Eutypella sp.D-1中海松烷二萜类化合物的研究

摘要: 采用硅胶柱、反相硅胶柱和凝胶柱等色谱技术,从北极真菌Eutypella sp.的菌体发酵液提取物中分离纯化得到2个化合物,通过1H和13C-NMR、2D-NMR等分析方法,并比较相关文献,鉴定这两个化合物为libertellenone C(1)和libertellenone A(2)。测试了化合物1和2对各种癌细胞株的细胞毒活性,其中化合物1对胰腺癌SW1990和胶质瘤U251有一定的细胞毒活性,此外化合物2对稻瘟霉有抑制活性。

Abstract: Two pimarane diterpenes were isolated from the fermentation broth of the Arctic-derived fungus Eutypella sp.D-1 by various chromatographic methods.On the basis of 1H, 13C and 2D-NMR spectral data,compounds 1 and 2 were identified as libertellenone C (1) and libertellenone A (2).The potential anticancer activity and antifungal activity against conidia of Pyricularia oryzae of compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated.Compound 1 showed weak cytotoxicities against two tumor cell lines SW-1990 and U-251,compound 2 exhibited antifungal activity against conidia of Pyricularia oryzae with the MIC of 18.8 μg/mL.
