大孔树脂对内生真菌Berkleasmium sp.Dzf12中Palmarumycins C12和C13积累的促进作用

Enhancement of Palmarumycins C12 and C13 Production by Macroporous Resins in Liquid Culture of Endophytic Fungus Berkleasmium sp.Dzf12

摘要: 研究了3种大孔吸附树脂D3520、DS-8和DM-301对内生真菌Berkleasmium sp.Dzf12中螺二萘类化合物Palmarumycins C12和C13积累的影响。3种树脂均显著促进Palmarumycin C12产量的提高,仅树脂DM-301同时有利于Palmarumycins C12和C13产量的提高,总产量中81.3%~95.8%的Palmarumycin C12被大孔树脂吸附。当树脂DM-301以浓度4.17%(g/mL)于第9 d添加到内生真菌Dzf12培养液、共培养112 h 后,Palmarumycins C12和C13的产量分别达到122.72 mg/L和55.99 mg/L,分别为对照(2.19 mg/L和29.86 mg/L)的56.04倍和1.88倍。结果表明,在内生真菌Dzf12液体发酵培养中添加大孔吸附树脂能有效提高螺二萘类化合物Palmarumycins C12和C13的产量。

Abstract: The effects of three macroporous adsorption resins D3520,DS-8 and DM-301 on the production of palmarumycins C12 and C13 in liquid culture of endophytic fungus Berkleasmium sp.Dzf12 were investigated in this study.All the tested resins enhanced the production of palmarumycin C12.Only resin DM-301 enhanced the production of both palmarumycins C12 and C13.81.3% to 95.8% of palmarumycin C12 was distributed in the resins.When resin DM-301 was applied to the medium at 4.17% (g/mL) on day 9,and then harvested after 112 h incubation,the maximal yields of palmarumycins C12 and C13 were obtained as 122.72 mg/L and 55.99 mg/L,which were 56.04-fold and 1.88-fold in comparison with those (2.19 mg/L and 29.86 mg/L) of the control,respectively.It can be an effective strategy for producing palmarumycins C12 and C13  in future large-scale culture of Berkleasmium sp.Dzf12 by adding macroporous resins.
