Abstract: In this paper,a new method for the separation and preparation of tertiary alkaloids and quaternary alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis was proposed by adjusting the type and pH value of mobile phase. The content of the two types of alkaloids obtained by this method reached 84.0% and 60.7% respectively, which could meet the requirements for the development of effective parts preparations of traditional Chinese medicine. The prepared alkaloids were evaluated for dopamine D2 receptor cell antagonism, the results showed that the antagonism of dopamine D2 receptor of Rhizoma Corydalis was mainly concentrated in the tertiary amines, which verified the different pharmacological activities of the two alkaloids, and provided the theoretical and experimental basis for the research of alkaloids and the development of effective part of Corydalis.
