链格孢属活性次级代谢产物的研究进展

Research progress on active secondary metabolites from Alternaria

摘要: 链格孢属是世界性分布的真菌属,其广泛存在于土壤和有机质中。到目前为止,文献报道的该属次级代谢产物至少有364个,本文主要综述其中具有生物活性的85个化合物。活性化合物包括生物碱类、萜类、醌类、酚类以及吡喃酮类等,这些化合物表现出抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及抗疟疾等多种生物活性。通过查阅国内外相关文献对链格孢属真菌中具有生物活性的次级代谢产物进行系统地总结,以期为后续链格孢属真菌的资源利用和综合开发提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Alternaria is a globally distributed fungal genus,which is widely present in soil and organic matter.The number of their secondary metabolites reported in the literatures was 364 so far,and this article mainly reviewed 85 compounds with biological activity.The bioactive ingredients contained alkaloids,terpenes,quinones,phenols,and pyrones.These metabolities showed biological activities such as antibacterial,antitumor,antioxidant and antimalarial.By reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literatures,the biologically active secondary metabolites in Alternaria fungi were systematically summarized in order to providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent resource utilization and comprehensive development of Alternaria fungi.
