絮凝剂在银杏叶提取液中除杂工艺研究

摘要: 本实验以黄酮醇苷含量为评价指标,筛选硅藻土、明胶、壳聚糖、101果汁澄清剂、ZTC1+1天然澄清剂、活性炭六种澄清剂,分别采用单因素和正交试验法对银杏叶提取液的澄清条件进行工艺优化。结果表明:银杏叶提取液的最佳澄清条件为明胶做澄清剂,每10 g生药加1%明胶溶液3 mL,浓缩液药比为6:1(mL/g)、pH为5.5、温度为40 ℃。明胶作为银杏叶提取液的除杂澄清剂稳定、可行。

Abstract: In this study,the content of flavonol glycosides was used as an evaluation index to screen the six kinds of clarifying agent,including diatomite, gelatin, chitosan,101 juice clarifying agent,ZTC1+1 natural clarifier and activated carbon,single factor and orthogonal test were applied to optimize the clarifying condition of Ginkgo biloba extract.The results showed the optimal clarification condition of G.biloba extract were:gelatin as the clarifying agent,3 mL per 10 g crude drugs with 1% gelatin solution,6:1 (mL/g) as extraction concentration,5.5 as extraction pH,40 ℃ as extraction temperature.Gelatin can be used as a clarifying agent of G.biloba extract and it is stable and feasible.
