痰火草挥发油成分及抗肿瘤活性研究

Composition and Antitumor Activities of Essential Oil from Murdannia bracteata

摘要: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从痰火草中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱对其化学成分进行分析。从痰火草挥发油中分离出51个峰,鉴定出39种化学成分,占挥发油总量的83.48%,主要成分为正十六烷酸(17.57%)、荜澄茄油烯醇(10.62%)、2-十五烷酮(8.50%)和1,1,10三甲基-2-羟基-6,9-环二氧萘烷(6.57%)等。痰火草挥发油对肿瘤细胞A549、PC-3、SGC-7901和Hep G2均显示一定的抑制活性,其中对SGC-7901 和Hep G2的抑制活性较强,IC50值分别为35.01 μg/mL和22.43 μg/mL。痰火草挥发油含有多种抗癌成分,将为其进一步开发研究提供科学依据。

Abstract: The essential oil from Murdannia bracteata was extracted by steam-stilling and analyzed by GC-MS.Fifty-one chromatographic peaks were detected and thirty-nine compounds were identified,which were 83.48% of the essential oil.The major components were n-hexadecanoic acid (17.57%),cubenol (10.62%),2pentadecanone (8.50%) and 1,1,10-trimethy-2-hydroxyl-6,9-epidioxydecalin (6.57%).The essential oil showed significant antitumor activities against A549,PC-3,SGC-7901 and Hep G2 cells,especially against SGC-7901 and Hep G2 cell lines (IC50 value of 35.01 μg/mL and 22.43 μg/mL,respectively).The essential oil from M.bracteata contained various antitumor constituent.The results of this study provided scientific reference for further utilization of M.bracteata.
