丹参生品及炮制品的抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant Activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Different Processed Products

摘要: 采用清除二苯代苦味酰基 (DPPH) 自由基、清除[2,2′-连氨-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐](ABTS) 自由基及铁离子还原/抗氧化能力(FRAP) 测定法,以二丁基羟基甲苯 (BHT) 为阳性对照,对丹参生品及炮制品进行抗氧化活性评价。实验结果表明,丹参生品及其炮制品均有一定的抗氧化活性。其中,丹参炭乙酸乙酯部位清除DPPH自由基的能力最强,IC50值为13.9 μg/mL;炒丹参乙酸乙酯部位、酒丹参乙酸乙酯部位和丹参炭正丁醇部位清除ABTS自由基能力最强,IC50值均为2.1 μg/mL;米丹参乙酸乙酯部位的FRAP值最高为1517.81 μmol/g。不同炮制方法对丹参抗氧化活性的能力有所不同,其中,丹参炭的整体抗氧化活性相对较好。

Abstract: 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging,[2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline)-6-sulphonic acid] diamonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay were used to evaluated the extracts of S.miltiorrhiza and different processed products with BHT as positive control.The results showed that the extracts from S.miltiorrhiza and different processed products had antioxidant activity.The ethyl acetate extract of S.miltiorrhiza carbon showed the strongest radical scavenging power on DPPH and the IC50 value was 13.9 μg/mL;The ethyl acetate extracts of fried S.miltiorrhiza and wined S.miltiorrhiza and the n-BuOH extract of S.miltiorrhiza carbon exhibited the highest radical scavenging power on ABTS and the IC50 value was 2.1 μg/mL,The ethyl acetate extract of rice fried S.miltiorrhiza had the biggest value of FRAP and IC50 was 1517.81 μmol/g.And the different processing methods varied on the different antioxidant activity power of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,however,the antioxidant activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza carbon was better.
