山茱萸果实发育过程中药用成分的动态变化规律

摘要: 为了了解山西产山茱萸在发育过程中营养成分含量的变化规律并对其采收期提供科学依据,对不同时期山茱萸果实样品中的马钱苷、熊果酸、鞣质、有机酸、多糖的含量进行了测定,并对测定结果进行了主成分分析。不同生长期山西产山茱萸果实化学物质的积累具有一定的规律性。初级代谢产物随着生长期的延长呈上升趋势,而次级代谢产物变化趋势不同。通过主成分分析法发现山茱萸果实在10月末采收其中所含的初级代谢产物较高,而9月末采收的次级代谢产物含量相对较高。

Abstract: In order to understand the change rule of dogwood fruit content in the process of development and provide the scientific basis of the harvest time.The samples in the development process of dogwood fruits of loganic acid,ursolic acid,tannins,organic acids and polysaccharides were determined.Then using the principal component analysis measurement results.In different growth period,the change of Shanxi dogwood fruits chemical production has a certain regularity.The primary metabolites gradually increased as the development process of dogwood fruits and a variety of secondary metabolites have different trends.After doing the principal component analysis,the study conclude that the primary metabolites is relatively high if harvesting dogwood at the end of October and secondary metabolites is relatively high if harvesting dogwood at the end of September.
