Extraction Process of Polyhydroxystilbenes from Rheum likiangense

摘要: 本文采用正交实验,以Rhapontin和Desoxyrhaponticin的总含量为指标,运用HPLC含量分析测定法,研究了丽江大黄中多羟基芪类成分的提取工艺。结果表明:以料液比1:12,提取温度65 ℃,pH=7,浓度为90%乙醇回流提取2 h为最佳提取条件,在此条件下提取的多羟基芪类成分Rhapontin和Desoxyrhaponticin的总含量为104.98 mg/g。

Abstract: In this paper the extraction process of polyhydroxystilbenes from Rheum likiangense was investigated by orthogonal experiment with contents of Rhapontin and Desoxyrhaponticin as indexes. Their contents were determined by HPLC. The optimum conditions for extraction are as follows: the solid-liquid ratio 1:12, the temperature 65 ℃, the ethanol content 90%, pH=7, and extraction time 2 h. Under the optimal extract conditions, the total contents of two polyhydroxystilbenes including Rhapontin and Desoxyrhaponticin were 104.98 mg/g.
