Abstract: The aim of this study is to discuss the immune regularity effects of Brassica rapa L.polysaccharide (BRP), Brassica rapa L.natural polysaccharides (BRNP-1,BRNP-2) and Brassica rapa L.acidic polysaccharides (BRAP-1,BRAP-2) on macrophage RAW264.7.CCK-8 kit was used to detect the proliferation rate of different concentrations of polysaccharides.The phagocytosis activity was measured by toluylene red.Griess reagent was used to detect the release of NO level.ELISA kit was used to detect the secretion level of TNF-α and IL-6.The results showed that different concentrations of polysaccharides could significantly improve the proliferation rate and phagocytosis activity of macrophageRAW264.7,and it could also stimulate the RAW264.7 releasing NO,and promote the secretion of TNF-α and IL-6.This study preliminary verifies that the polysaccharides have good immune adjustment activity on macrophage RAW264.7.
