Abstract:

To investigate the in vivo and in vitro antioxidant effects of extract from Euonymus fortunei (Turcz.) Hand.-Mazz.The in vitro antioxidant activities were studied by DPPH and ABST radical scavenging.Acute lung injury mouse models induced by LPS were used to investigate the in vivo antioxidant activities by measuring SOD,GSH-Px activities and MDA content in serum. The different extraction parts of Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz had scavenging effects on DPPH.The IC50 values of n-butanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum part ether were 0.103,0.258 and 0.702 mg/mL,respectively.The different polar extraction parts of Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz had inhibitory effects on the production of ABTS.The IC50 values of n-butanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum part ether were 0.814,2.384 and 2.059 mg/mL,respectively.Comprehensive activity results in vivo,n-butanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum part ether had good effects on increasing SOD,MDA and GSH-Px activities, and there were significant differences compared with the positive control group. The various eparation components all have good antioxidant activities both in vitro and in vivo.Considering the indicators both in vitro and in vivo, the Ethyl acetate and n-butanol parts were the best, and the activity of the petroleum ether site was the worst.
