Determination of Total Sugar of Nitraria roborowskii Kom. Fruit in Different regions by PhenolSulfuric Acid Method

Abstract: In this study,different origin of Nitraria roborowskii Kom.fruit in Alxa League were determined by phenolsulfuric acid method and the wavelength was 510 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the RSD of Precision,Reproducibility and stability were 0.23%,4.93% and 1.35%,respectively.Especially the average recovery was 97.38% and the RSD was 0.35%,this method provided a quick and convenient technique for the determination of total sugar content.The total sugar content of N.roborowskii Kom.fruit was an average of 7.16%,and the results provided certain scientific basis for further efficiency of research and development of N.roborowskii Kom.fruit.
