Determination of Three Phenylethanoid Glycosides in Intracerebral Dialysate by LC-MS/MS and Comparison of in vivo and in vitro Recovery of Microdialysis Probe

Abstract: To establish a method for detecting micro-dialysis recovery of forsythoside B,acteoside and isoacteoside,measuring the concentration of three phenylethanoid glycosides in intracerebral dialysate by LC-MS/MS method,and compare the probe recovery in vivo and in vitro.The recovery of three phenylethanoid glycosides was 19.5%,27.5%,31.9% in vitro and11.6%,16.0%,16.9% in vivo.The probe recovery of three phenylethanoid glycosides in vivo is lower than in vitro，and both are stable in different concentrations.The LC-MS/MS method is accurate,sensitive,and reproducible for quantitative determination of three phenylethanoid glycosides in microdialysate.
