Abstract: This study explored the effect of fertilization level on the yield and quality of Lysimachia christinae in the field. The study arranged nitrogen fertilizer (N),phosphate fertilizer (P),potash fertilizer (K),organic fertilizer (OF),and all fertilizer had multiple concentrations. The results showed that the application of N was 60 g/6 m2,the yield of L.christinae was 6.67 ± 0.31 kg,and the control showed a significant level in the application of P and K on a consistent basis. When the K was 30 g/6 m2 and the application of N and P on a consistent basis, the yield of L.christinae had a significant difference. With the increasing of OF,the yield had a reduction trend, and had a significant differences when OF was 1.8 kg/6 m2.P had a no significant effect on the yield of L.christinae when the N and P were invariable. In this study, the content of kaempferol and quercetin had no significant differences as the applications of N,P,K and OF.

Key words: Lysimachia christinae, fertilization, yield, kaempferol, quercetin
