苗药富民枳不同组织挥发性化学成分GC-MS分析

摘要:

为了探讨苗药富民枳根、茎、叶、果皮等组织组织中挥发性化学成分组成,本研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取富民枳不同组织组织挥发性成分,通过GC-MS分析化学成分和相对含量。研究结果表明,从富民枳4个组织中共鉴定出86种化合物,不同组织的挥发性成分及其含量差异显著,根、茎、叶、果皮中分别检测鉴定出21、36、37、42种挥发性物质,其含量分别为各组织总挥发性物质的61.76%、85.71%、92.50%和79.25%。各组织均有其特异和相同挥发性成分,其中β-石竹烯、芳香-姜黄烯、α-姜烯、石竹烯氧化物和十六烷酸为各组织共有及主要挥发性成分。本文较全面地分析了富民枳的挥发性成分,为苗药富民枳保护性开发利用开拓思路并提供科学依据。

Abstract:

To analysis the volatile components in various tissues of Poncirus polyandra,SDS and GC-MS were used to extract and to identify the volatile chemical components.Eighty-six compounds in total were identified from the whole plant volatile.The volatile components and their contents were significantly different in different tissues.The results showed that 21,36,37 and 42 substances were detected by GC/MS in root,stem,leaf and peel,respectively.The 5 same and main compounds were β-caryophyllend,ar-curcumene,α-curcumin,caryophyllene oxide and hexadecanoic acid.The study of the volatile compounds of P. polyandra will provide scientific basis for the protective exploitation and pharmacological utilization of this plant in the future.
