春雷霉素的研究进展

摘要: 春雷霉素具有广谱、高效、低毒的特点。作为一种安全的农用抗生素,被列为无公害农业产品的推荐农药之一,目前登记的相关农药有90种,登记作物包括水稻、番茄、马铃薯等,主要用作防治水稻稻瘟病(Pyricularia oryae)。本文综述了春雷霉素的理化性质、生物活性、作用机制以及生物合成途径等几个方面。

Abstract:

Kasugamycin has the characteristics of broad spectrum,high efficiency and low toxicity.As a safe agricultural antibiotic,it is listed as one of the recommended pesticides for pollution-free agricultural products.Currently,there are 90 related pesticides that have been registered.The registered crops including rice,tomato,and potato,they are mainly used to control rice blast (Pyricularia oryae).This article reviews the physical and chemical properties,biological activities,mechanism of action,biosynthetic pathways,and others of kasugamycin.
