摘要: α- 糖苷酶抑制剂其结构类似于糖,可以竞争性的与α-糖苷酶结合,减少寡糖水解成单糖,从而降低餐后血糖浓度,对糖尿病患者治疗作用。本文概述了天然产物来源的糖苷酶抑制剂这类化合物的应用、作用机制、来源植物、结构特点、生物活性,提取分离方法、及其主要活性成分DNJ的分析方法。

Abstract: α-glucosidase inhibitors,of which the structures are similar to oligosaccharides, could competitively inhibit α-glucosidase and prevent disaccharides hydrolyzing into monosaccharides. Therefore,the peak blood sugar concentration after meal was significantly decreased by using the α-glucosidase inhibitors. α-glucosidase inhibitors have therapeutic function on diabetes. In this paper,the mechanisms, original plants, structures, bioactivities, extraction and separation methods of α-glucosidase inhibitors from natural products, as well as the analytical approach of bioactive component DNJ were introduced and summarized.
