不同处理方式对枸杞多糖抗氧化活性影响的研究

摘要: 以枸杞子抗氧化活性为指标,考察有机溶剂洗涤法、冷冻干燥法、大孔吸附树脂脱色法三种处理方式所得枸杞多糖抗氧化能力的差异,从而研究不同处理方式对枸杞多糖生物活性的影响。利用DPPH法和Fenton法测定枸杞多糖对DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除率。结果表明:在实验浓度范围内,以Vc为对照,三种处理方式得到的枸杞多糖均有一定程度的抗氧化活性,并且对自由基的清除能力存在显著差异(P<0.05);其中大孔树脂脱色法得到的样品Ⅲ对DPPH自由基清除能力最强,达到62.46%,冷冻干燥法得到的样品Ⅱ对羟基的清除能力最强,高达92.02%。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to explore the effect of different treatment methods on the antioxidant activity of Lycium bararum polysaccharides (LBP). Organic solvent dehydration method,freeze drying method and macroporous resin decolorizing method were used to prepare different LBP samples.Antioxidant activities of LBP were compared by DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging experiments.The results showed that all of LBP prepared with three different treatment methods had some antioxidant activities and their free radical scavenging capacity existed a significant difference (P<0.05).Sample III prepared by macroporous resin decoloration method showed the highest elimination rate with 62.46% on DPPH·,and sample II treated by freeze drying method showed the highest elimination rate with 92.02% on OH·.The results suggested that different treatment methods may have effects on the bioactivity of LBP.
