摘要: 多甲氧基黄酮(PMFs)由于具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌、抗动脉粥样硬化等生理活性而备受青睐。到目前为止,国内外报道的多甲氧基黄酮(PMFs)近80种其广泛分布于芸香科、茜草科等科属植物中。本文对分离提取比较多的B环3′,4′-二甲氧基多甲氧基黄酮的结构特征、生物活性、A环或C环不同甲氧基,羟基取代对B环上H化学位移变化进行了初步总结,为开发多甲氧基黄酮(PMFs)资源的开发利用提供初步的参考。

Abstract: PMFs were found to have anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-cancer,anti-atherosclerotic and other biological activity.Up to now,about 80 PMFs have been reported home and abroad,and they were found widely distributed in the plants species of family Rutaceae and Rubiaceae.This paper described the research progress of structural features,biological activity,different methoxy or hydroxyl substituted on the ring A or C for the 1H-NMR change of the 3′,4′-dimethoxy PMFs,to provide useful references for the research of PMFs.
