枫香树脂毒性及抑菌活性研究

Toxicity and Antibacterial Activity of Chinese Sweetgum Resin

摘要: 以昆明系小鼠作为实验动物,分别进行急性毒性和蓄积毒性实验,对枫香树脂进行毒性评价;采用纸片法进行抑菌活性测试,对枫香树脂进行抑菌性能评价。结果表明枫香树脂的半致死量LD50>16 g/kg,属于实际无毒物质;枫香树脂不在小鼠胃内积留,不具有蓄积毒性作用;枫香树脂对供试细菌具有较好的抑制作用,对大肠杆菌、假单胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及枯草芽孢杆菌的最低抑制浓度分别为0.3125、1.25、0.156和0.3125 mg/mL。枫香树脂具有较好的抑菌活性,无毒性,可在相关药、食产品中开发应用。

Abstract: Acute toxicity test and accumulative toxicity test were conducted to assess the potential toxicity of Chinese sweetgum resin in mice.Its antimicrobial activity was tested by disk diffusion method.The experimental results showed that median lethal dose (LD50) of Chinese sweetgum resin was above 16g/kg.As a kind of actually non-toxic substances,Chinese sweetgum resin was normal emptying and had no accumulative toxicity in mice.The minimum bacteriostatic concentration (MIC) of Chinese sweetgum resin against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were 0.3125,1.25,0.156 mg/mL and 0.3125 mg/mL.In conclusion,Chinese sweetgum resin had good antibacterial activity with no toxicity.It can be used in the development of food and medicinal products.
