Abstract: To evaluate the safety of fresh, dry bulbs of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.,soil and irrigation water of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.Base, gas chromatography was used to determine BHC,DDT,fenpropathrin, chlorpyrifos and chlorothalonil.Meanwhile, the content of As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr and Cu was determined by AFS-AAS.In 6 Lilium lancifolium Thunb.bases,BHC,DDT,fenpropathrin, chlorpyrifos of the soil, irrigated water were not detected, and chlorpyrifos remained at ND-0.126 mg/kg.The 5 pesticides were not detected in fresh and dry medicinal herbs. In the Lilium lancifolium Thunb.samples of 6 sampling areas, all the heavy metals in the samples were in accordance with the green trade standard for foreign trade and trade in medicinal plants and preparations (WM/T2-2004) except samples of G-1 and D-4 which exceeded the standard of the residual content of Cd.Accordig to the evaluation of pollution index of heavy metals in the soil and water samples,Longshan couty has excellent environment, suitable for the production of green Lilium lancifolium Thunb. It further confirms that standardized agricultural management makes high quality medicinal materials. However,it was found that the enrichment coefficient of Cd in soil was good.So it is necessary to strengthen the study of soil modification in the main producing area of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.for producing high quality medicinal materials.
