Abstract: The continuing researches on chemical components and pharmacological effects of Corydalis yanhusuo have been obtained systematic results in recent decades.69 alkaloids of original berberines,aporphines,original opioids,isoquinolines,and 26 compounds listed structures of steroids,organic acids,phlegmatics,amino acids and volatile oils have been classified and arranged with chemical structure classification as key basis.Together with the latest research literatures,this review summarized the research progress on pharmacological effects of Corydalis yanhusuo in sedation,analgesia,cardiovascular system,digestive system,antitumor,anti-inflammatory,in order to provide reference for further research and development of medicinal materials.
