Abstract: Near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrum (NIRDRS) fingerprints of 147 batches of Rhizosphere soil from 11 areas produced Angelica sinensis of Gansu Province were collected by integral sphere diffuse reflection, and the characteristic absorption peaks of NIRDRS fingerprints were analyzed. The similarity analysis of NIRDRS fingerprints were carried out by "correlation coefficient method",and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) model was established to study the relationship between soil type and area division. The NIRDRS fingerprints, first derivative spectra and second derivative spectra of Rhizosphere soil in 8 main producing counties were similar, but three producing areas such as Lintao County,Lintan County and Kangle County were obviously different with other producing areas (especially Min County). The NIRDRS fingerprints of the Rhizosphere soils in each producing area can be clearly distinguished based on the OPLS-DA model, and main wave numbers range of the differences existed 7352.5 ~ 6935.9 cm-1,5819.9 ~ 5760.4 cm-1,4927.1 ~4609.7 cm-1,4411.3 ~ 4485.7 cm-1,and 4307.1 ~ 4188.1 cm-1.Rhizosphere soil from Angelica sinensis has a distinct regional distribution, and the NIRDRS fingerprints of Rhizosphere soil was closely related to soil types.
