GCMS Analysis of Volatile and FatSoluble Components in Hypecoum Leptocarpum Hook.f.et Thoms.

Abstract

Abstract: The volatile and fatsoluble components of Hypecoum leptocarpum Hook.f.et Thoms.extracted by hydrodistillation and Soxhlet extraction，were analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GCMS).40 and 17 kinds of volatile and fatsoluble components were detected and identified in the extracts of the herb.The volatile components of H.leptocarpum mainly contained (Z)3Hexen1ol (26.44%).The fatsoluble components of it mainly contained alkines (45.08%),ethyl linoleate (5.32%) and ethyl linolenate (5.14%).
