Abstract: Nine chemical constituents were separated and purified from marine derived fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum FS50 by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC.On the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties, their structures were determined as penicilazaphilone B (1),sclerotioramine (2),pterocarpol(3),glycerol monolinoleate (4), (3β,5α,6β,22E)-6-methoxyergosta-7,22-diene-3,5-diol (5),cerevisterol (6), 4-hydroxyacetophenone (7),tyrosol (8) and di-(2-ethyl)-hexylphthalate (9).Compound 3 was isolated from the genus Penicillium for the first time, compounds 2,4,5,6,8,9 were isolated from the species for the first time.
