Abstract: To study the effects of ZiPiShiHuShenLingJiu on immune function in the immunosuprressive mice caused by hydrocortisone.The effect on immunological function was examined by counting white blood cells,weighing the weight of immune organs,using carbon granules clearance,and using delayed type hypersensitivity reaction.The result showed that ZiPiShiHuShenLingJiu could increase the peripheral white blood cell counts,spleen index,thymus index,DTH level,and promote the clearance rate K of charcoal particles and the phagocytic indexαobviously in immuncompromised mice.Therefore,ZiPiShiHuShenLingJiu could enhance the immune function in mice.
