The Content and Cluster Analysis of Flavonoids in Purified Propolis from Market

Abstract

Abstract: The contents of eight flavonoids such as rutin,myrocin,quercetin,kaempferol,apigin,pinocembin,chrysin and galangin in purification propolis samples were determined by liquid chromatography，and cluster analysis of SPSS was applied to study the content of kaempferol,apigin,pinocembin,chrysin and galangin in purification propolis samples.The results of cluster analysis showed that samples could be classfied into five groups,and the contents of the 5 kinds of flavonoids could be used for classification of purified propolis in market.
