Abstract

Abstract: Coix lacryma-jobi L, is an annual or perennial herbaceous plant of Gramineae family.The seeds,roots and leaves of C.lacryma-jobi can all be used for medications.This review summarized the chemical components,pharmacological activity and clinical applications of C.lacryma-jobi, which aimed to provide theoretical foundation for further development and utilization of C.lacryma-jobi in Hunan Province.
