摘要： 子宫内膜癌（endometrial cancer，EC）是常见的女性生殖道三大恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率都呈逐年上升趋势。中药及天然产物作为一种多途径、多靶点、高效、毒副作用小的抗癌辅助药物，近几年被广泛应用于国内外的研究中。本文归纳总结了中药和天然产物干预EC的作用机制，包括调控多种信号通路，发挥抑制细胞增殖、阻断肿瘤扩散和转移、诱导细胞凋亡和调节细胞自噬等作用，以期为抗EC药物的研发与利用提供理论参考。

Abstract:

Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the three most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract,and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.As a multi-pathway,multi-target,highly effective and low toxicity adjuvant drug against cancer,traditional Chinese medicine and natural products have been widely used in recent years in domestic and international research.This article summarizes the mechanism of action of Chinese herbal medicine and natural products in EC,including regulation of multiple signaling pathways,inhibition of cell proliferation,blocking tumor proliferation and metastasis,induction of apoptosis and regulation of cell autophagy,etc.,in order to provide theoretical references for the development and utilization of anti-EC drugs.
