人参皂苷肿瘤治疗研究现状与趋势可视化分析数据集

Visualized analysis dataset of current status and trends of ginsenoside in cancer treatment research

摘要:

为了系统梳理人参皂苷在肿瘤治疗领域的研究现状与发展趋势,本研究通过检索中国知网、万方、维普及Web of Science核心数据库,共纳入中英文文献1 358篇,其中中文文献492篇、英文文献866篇;同时利用IncoPat专利数据库获取全球相关专利735项,构建了涵盖2000年1月1日至2025年10月1日期间的相关文献与专利数据集。第一部分运用CiteSpace软件对发文趋势、国家、机构合作、作者网络、关键词共现与聚类等进行可视化分析;第二部分利用GraphPad Prism、Excel对专全球相关专利的申请趋势、地域分布、申请人、专利转化率与无效率分析进行计量分析本。数据集共生成14个Excel表与24张图,全面梳理了人参皂苷在肿瘤防治领域的研究全景与知识产权布局,为该领域的后续研究方向、专利战略优化及临床转化提供系统的数据支持与决策参考,从而推动该领域向更精准、高效的肿瘤防治策略发展。

Abstract:

In order to systematically review the current research status and development trends of ginsenosides in the field of cancer treatment,this study retrieved a total of 1 358 Chinese and English publications from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and the Web of Science core database,including 492 Chinese publications and 866 English publications.Meanwhile,735 related global patents were obtained using the IncoPat patent database,constructing a dataset of relevant literature and patents spanning from January 1,2000 to October 1,2025.The first part employed CiteSpace software to visualize publication trends,countries,institutional collaborations,author networks,keyword co-occurrence,and clustering analysis.The second part utilized GraphPad Prism and Excel to perform bibliometric analysis on global patent application trends,regional distribution,applicants,patent conversion rates,and invalidity rates.The dataset produced 14 Excel tables and 24 figures,providing a comprehensive overview of research and intellectual property arrangements of ginsenosides in cancer prevention and treatment.This offers systematic data support and decision-making references for future research directions,patent strategy optimization,and clinical translation in this field,thereby promoting the development of more precise and efficient strategies for cancer prevention and treatment.
