基于GC-MS技术分析苍耳草与苍耳子的挥发性成分差异

Comparison of Volatile Components in Xanthii Herba and Xanthii Fructus by GC-MS

摘要: 基于气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)结合多元统计分析法对不同产地苍耳草与苍耳子中挥发性成分组分差异进行研究。样品经GC-MS分析,对所得数据进行峰对齐、切割、滤噪等预处理,用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)进行数据处理。结果显示,苍耳草与苍耳子样品之间挥发性成分组成得到有效区分,初步筛选并鉴定出33种差异化学成分,其中9种共有差异化学成分呈现不同的变化规律。从苍耳草与苍耳子挥发性成分差异的角度,可为揭示二者药性、药效差异的物质基础提供依据。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to compare volatile components in Xanthii Herba and Xanthii Fructus from different origins using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with multivariate statistical analysis.Peak matching,cutting and noise filtering were used in analyzing data based on GC-MS combined with PCA and PLS-DA.The results showed that the volatile components in Xanthii Herba and Xanthii Fructus samples were clearly distinguished.33 Differential chemical components were identified in Xanthii Herba and Xanthii Fructus.Among them,9 common differential components presented different changing laws.From the different volatile components of Xanthii Herba and Xanthii Fructus,it can provide the material basis for revealing the property and efficacy of Xanthii Herba and Xanthii Fructus.
