摘要: 自EGCG3"Me、ECG3"Me在1982年首次从茶鲜叶中被发现以来,人们陆续发现了多种甲基化儿茶素。研究发现甲基化儿茶素具有许多生物学活性,某些活性甚至比EGCG还要显著,具有广泛的应用前景。本文对国内外有关甲基化儿茶素合成的研究作了综述,重点介绍几种甲基化儿茶素的化学合成方法以及生物合成途径目前取得的进展,以期能为甲基化儿茶素的研究提供帮助。

Abstract: Since EGCG3 "Me,ECG3" Me were discretedfirstly in tea leaves in 1982,a variety of methylated catechins had be found.Studisshowedthat methylated catechins had many biological activities,even more significant than EGCG in some aspect,which has broad application.This paper reviewedstudies about the synthesis of methylated catechins,includedseveral chemical synthesis and progress on biosynthesis pathway in tea leaf,in order to provide new insights and help into catechins and methylated catechins using Biotechnology.
