摘要: 采用制备型高效液相色谱分离纯化C-1位甲基京尼平,运用核磁共振技术确定R、S甲基京尼平的结构。成功分离得到甲基京尼平差向异构体的单体,经鉴定为R、S-甲基京尼平,并首次对其1H-NMR进行了报道,成功的发现了新型京尼平衍生物。

Abstract: The aims of this study were to isolate epimers of methyl genipin and to identify their structures.Preparative liquid chromatography was used for the separation.The structures of separated compounds were determined by NMR spectral analysis.Two new epimers were successfully isolated and were identified as R-methyl genipin and S-methyl genipin.This is the first report of the isolation of R,S-methyl genipin and the elucidation of their absolute configurations.The 1H-NMR data of R,S-methyl genipin were also reported for the first time.
