Abstract: Aegiceras corniculatum was a true mangrove plant and riched in endophytic microorganisms. So far,105 compounds were reported that isolated from A.Corniculatum and its endophytic microorganism’s fermentations, which exhibited biological activities such as antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-aging and antitumor.25 compounds were identified as new compounds and quinones were predominant. This paper reviewed the chemical constituents and biological activities have been found in recent 60 years, which could provide scientific and theoretical basis for the study and develop of natural products of medicinal value.
