Abstract:

Based on network pharmacological method to predicted the target and pharmacological mechanism of Folium Artemisiae Argyi in hemostasis and analgesia. The active ingredients of Folium Artemisiae Argyi were screened from TCMSP and other databases, and their corresponding targets were screened by the Swiss database. The hemostasis and analgesia-related targets were uploaded into GeneCards and other databases, and target intersection was obtained by the R language, using String platform to input targets to construct a PPI network. The Metascape platform was used to analyze the biological processes involved in the intersection targets, and the Cytoscape 3.8.0 software was used to construct the network diagram of components-target-pathway of Folium Artemisiae Argyi, and the results were verified by molecular docking. The research was predicted that the active ingredients such as artemetin in the Folium Artemisiae Argyi play a hemostatic and analgesic effect on AKT1,SRC and other targets through neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, etc. This study initially revealed the mechanism of action of the hemostatic and analgesic components of the Folium Artemisiae Argyi, providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of the Folium Artemisiae Argyi.
