Abstract: To screen out the most effective sites of the inhibitory activity of Schisandra chinensis and the activity of α-glucosidase.The content of each extract and effective parts was determined. The antioxidant activity of the extract site of Schisandra chinensis was compared with that of DPPH· scavenging ability and iron ion reduction ability.4-nitrobenzene-α-D-glucopyranoside (PNPG) as the substrate and acarbose (ACAR) as the positive control, and the in vitro inhibitory effects of α-glucosidase activity on each extraction site were compared. The IC50 values and Abs0.7 values were calculated using the multiple fitting of Origin 8 software and the correlation between the content of active ingredients and the antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity was determined by Pearson correlation analysis. The contents of total polysaccharides were 72.9 mg GL/g DM,followed by total phenolic acids, the content was 46.8 mg GA/g DM,the content of lignans was 39.6 mg SC/g DM,triterpenoid content of 32.2 mg OL/g DM,total flavonoid content of the lowest,22.6 mg RU/g DM.The order of antioxidant activity of all effective parts of Schisandra chinensis was total lignans>total flavonoids>total triterpenes>total phenolic acid>total polysaccharide. The inhibition of α-glucosidase activity was the strongest total lignans (IC50 value of 0.24),the weakest inhibition of total triterpenoids.Total lignans in Schisandra chinensis have the best antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase activity inhibitory activity.Antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase activity inhibitory activity were positively correlated with the content of lignans.
