Study on the method of simultaneous determination of anti-inflammatory and analgesic alkaloids in Panlongqi tablets

Abstract:

The ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) technology was utilized to identify the anti-inflammatory and analgesic alkaloids components of Panlongqi tablets,and a total of seventeen alkaloids components were characterized;based on the characterization results,UPLC-ESI-MS/MS quantitative analysis method was established for the quality analysis of Panlongqi tablets.The results showed that seventeen alkaloids had good linear relationship in their respective concentration ranges,r≥0.9990,the average recoveries rate was 86.42%-112.75%,the RSDs of 1.49%-5.59% (n=6).The method established in this study is accurate and reproducible for the quantitative determination of seventeen alkaloids in Panlongqi tablets,which provides a reference for the improvement of potential new indicators for quality control of Panlongqi tablets.
