摘要:

通过探索有机无机肥配合施用对四川遂宁丘陵地区白芷产量和质量的影响,以找出适宜遂宁丘陵地区白芷的优质高产施肥方案。采用三元二次正交旋转组合设计进行试验,结合室内分析,对白芷农艺性状、产量、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素与不同施肥配比进行回归分析并建立回归模型。结果发现,适量的有机肥对白芷增产具有明显的促进作用,氮磷钾肥有利于白芷干物质的积累,微肥能有效调节白芷欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的积累;氮磷钾肥和微肥互作有利于白芷根长的增长,有机肥和微肥互作能增加白芷产量。综合比较不同施肥组合下白芷农艺性状、产量和欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的变化情况,得到在该试验条件下白芷优质高产的施肥方案:有机肥用量为7 500.00~12 106.88 kg/hm2,氮磷钾肥用量为495.00~604.77 kg/hm2,微肥用量为1.92~2.76 kg/hm2

Abstract:

The study investigated the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers applied in combination on the yield and quality of Sichuan Angelica dahurica var. formosana in the hilly area of Sichuan Province, aiming to establish an optimal fertilization protocol for high quality and high yield cultivation in Suining City. A three-dimensional quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was implemented, with regression models developed to analyze agronomic traits, yield, imperatorin, isoimperatorin content, and fertilizer interactions, supported by laboratory assays. Key findings revealed that: Appropriate organic fertilizer application significantly enhanced Angelica dahurica var. formosana yield; NPK fertilizers promoted dry matter accumulation; Micronutrient fertilizers effectively regulated imperatorin and isoimperatorin biosynthesis. hrough comprehensive evaluation of agronomic parameters, yield, and active compound dynamics under varying fertilization regimes, the optimal high-quality, high-yield fertilization scheme was determined: organic fertilizers 7 500.00-12 106.88 kg/hm2, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers 495.00-604.77 kg/hm2, micronutrient fertilizers 1.92-2.76 kg/hm2.
