摘要: 牡丹是我国传统花卉植物,其花瓣营养物质种类丰富,功能性成分含量高,是一种极具应用价值的新食品资源。为了探究牡丹花瓣的特征和潜在的价值,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术结合非靶代谢组学方法,对3个不同花色牡丹品种(白色‘凤丹’、黄色‘海黄’和粉色‘日向’)的花瓣活性成分进行鉴定建立了3个不同花色牡丹花瓣的活性成分数据集,在正负离子模式下共鉴定注释到共16类1 256个代谢物。利用单维分析t检验和多维分析筛选各组间的黄酮类、萜类和生物碱显著差异代谢物,本数据集可为分析及评价3种不同花色牡丹品种花瓣活性成分提供数据支持。

Abstract:

Peony is a traditional floral plant in China, whose petals are rich in diverse nutrients and contain high levels of functional components, making it a novel food resource of significant application value. To investigate the characteristics and potential value of peony petals, Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) combined with non-targeted metabolomics was employed to identify the active components in the petals of three peony varieties with distinct flower colours (white Paeonia sufruticosa 'Feng Dan', yellow Paeonia lemoinei 'High Noon', and pink Paeonia sufruticosa 'Ri Xiang').A total of 1,256 metabolites across 16 classes were annotated under both positive and negative ion modes. Significant differences in flavonoids, terpenoids, and alkaloids between groups were identified using univariate t-tests and multivariate analyses. This dataset provides data support for analysing and evaluating the bioactive components in petals of these three peony varieties.
